Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

In a Probate case what can I do if a sibling doesn't return the Notice to Probate that I sent them by registered mail? I have the receipts verifying that I sent them. Will A Judge except those as proof of Notification in California?

If you mean a Notice of Petition for Probate, nothing needs to be returned by the recipient. You just have to file a Proof of Service (by mail) with the court (Judicial Counsel form.) It would be better to have a lawyer handle this for you, or at least consult a Nolo book, to learn the procedure.

btw, "accept" not "except"
