In a probate sale, once the property is sold and the debtors are paid who long does it take for the heirs to receive their money.

The beneficiaries of the estate will receive their share from the estate, once a Final Accounting and Request for Distribution has been filed with the court, approved by the court and the court issues an order for distribution. As to the time the actual checks are cut to beneficiaries, that will depend on the attorney office representing the executor of the estate, who must pay the remaining court ordered expenses, executor commissions and advanced costs, attorney compensation, and the completion of any asset title documents required to transfer title to properties.
