Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I have a question about California probate bond. The form gives option if you want to waive the bond however in my case I am petitioning to be personal representative and I am the only one to receive all of the decedents assets which includes a home. I don't think I can waive the bond on myself so what can I do?

if you are the only beneficiary, you most certainly can waive bond even though you are also the personal representative.
