If i receive money from my mothers trust and I have judgements against me will they be able to take funds?

It's possible if it's in your bank account and the account is levied. In addition, if the creditors learn about it, they can take legal steps to try to force you to turn it over. If they've recorded the judgments, they become liens against real property and could affect your ability to sell or buy property without satisfying the debt(s).

Once you receive the property , it is yours, and they can proceed against is regardless of where it came from.
