Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Revocable Trust

My mother passed away on 4/21/07. The trustees are a brother and sister. Remaining beneficiaries are 2 sisters, 2 nephews. There is one property remaining to be sold. How do we go about changing the title from the trust to the beneficiaries.

Thank you
