Seekin Removal of Successor Trustee to Trust

Can anyone supply info or names of attorneys that may be able to help heirs to trust remove incompetant trustee.

Financial situation is meager, but still seeking assistance.

THERE ARE GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL!!!!!

Feel free to call my office--I'm away this week, but there are others who can assist you. In this situation, I've found that starting with letters and gentle pressure may be enough (and cheaper), but if assets are at immediate risk, you may have to petition the court right away.

You might also ask the following for an attorney recommendation: you accountant, financial advisor, tax advisor, and/or insurance advisor.
