Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My sister in law is the executor of my mothers will, and my other siblings and I are being told nothing, insurance carrier, attorney name, nothing. What are our rights, do we need an attorney to see the actual will.

If you think you are beneficiaries (which it sounds like you are) then send her a written demand to receive a copy of the will (have to look up Probate section) and to be provided a report of information under Probate Code section 16061.
