Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My sister passed away, not sure if she has a will. She had no kids or spouse, only 7 brothers & sisters. One of the brothers & son are living in her house in L.A. and refuse to let any family members get access to the house. We can't even go inside to look for a will. We just want to sell the house and divide money equally. What can we do and do I need a lawyer?
