my stepfather has termanal cancer wont be here much longer he has given his manipulating girlfriend total control over the estate and belongings which did belong to my grandparents and my mother and leaving us 3 kids out of anything what can we do to pervent her from getting everthing

Unfortunately, not much. Unless you can show some form of duress on her part thus forcing him to turn everything over to her. There is nothing that prevents a person from cutting out off of their heirs from their estate.

Does he also have a will or trust? If so, perhaps that still includes you and your siblings. Then she may be in control, but will still have to follow his wishes under his will.
