Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I was taking care of my mother and have been living with her for a number of years. Until recently my brother had just moved in, due to his break up with his lady. A friend of his happend to move himself in, and ended up staying. One day, they just took my mother to the hospital and havent told me any information on the where abouts or what have happend to her. They took her phone from her. I've tried to find out any information, they just start argueing with me. Its been about a month now. Some guy came to the door, and gave me a Wolcotts form stating that I have 30 days to leave. I went to that web site, and you can't download these documents. The web site says there under construction, unable to use. So my question is What should I do? I need your help. Thank you in advance. Sincerely, Roseanne Liles

If your mother is unable to care for her daily needs you can file a petition to be appointed her conservator, which will give you control over her care. As to the home you need to file an answer to the 30 day notice. You can access your local bar association web site or Findlaw.com to obtain forms.
