how much time do i have to file an original will

It should be filed within 30 days. If it is beyond 30 days, file it immediately ... you won't get penalized.

You are supposed to file within 30 days but not a big deal if you don't... however, go file it now! Somebody else could file a probate, without the will, and this could cause problems for you. I recommend hiring a probate attorney who works in that county to help you. Probate cases are much quicker and easier with an experienced attorney helping. I do probate work throughout California.
