How do you transfer property titles in a trust after a death of a spouse?
My brother in law has passed away. He and his wife have a joint trust filed in the state of california, how does his wife transfer the title to the house and cars and motor home to her name, so she can sell them.

As surviving trustee she has the right to sell the house. just list it for sale.
