Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

A Trust Fund Question

I have a serious question to ask: i have just recently learned when i was 5 my grandpa and dad set up a trust fund for me that guarenteed i would get a million dollars for college when i turned 18, but when my grandpa died, i think my dad put the trust fund money in his own pocket, because i'm now 19 and i haven't seen one penny of it or even heard about this fund since only a few months ago. My question is, do i have any grounds to call a lawyer into this matter for some type of theft or fraud?

Re: A Trust Fund Question

Yes. Contact an attorney and try to get the trust. You may have to go to other relatives. If you father is judgment proof, then be careful.
