Trust

Hi, I am looking into a living trust for my mother. She has three grown children so do I still want the trust kit for single, no children?

Re: Trust

Your BEST option here is to discuss everything with an affordable attorney, and then have the trust properly drafted thereafter, rather than using a "standardized" kit that may or may not be done correctly. For prompt, affordable assistance, contact us directly for a free phone consultation.
