Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Trust question

I am almost the sole beneficiary of

a straightforward trust which puts

in place my cousin as the Trustee.

The family located a plateful of felonies which include 12 - 15 alias's, 3 forgery convictions, etc.

The presiding atty. was provided

all the evidence necessary to remove him as trustee and even

agreed that the denials coming from

him looked pretty lame. But, this was almost a month ago with our

cousin still handling all of the funds.

To me it is nothing more than Colonel Sanders taking care of the chickens. The atty. suggests we seek an atty. My thoughts are, in this timeframe the balance could be

almost zero'd out. If that is the case and the atty was basically lazy, can they be sued for the monies that are lost? What recourse does a person have against an unethical atty?

Re: Trust question

So you don't have your own attorney, you're being robbed blind, and so far you're not doing anything about the situation except whining.
