Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

can trustee take money from trust account, for personal use without other beneificery permission...and if so how does one stop them before all money is disbusted.

A trustee is not allowed to take any money for personal use. Any reimbursement for trustee fees has to either be ordered by the court or udner the exact directions of the trust documents. Your only remedy, after checking with the trustee to be sure he is acting improperly, is to petition the court to surcharge him and/or ask for his removal.
