Obtain the assistance of probate litigation counsel to commence the process to compel the deceased's new wife to produce the trust documents to determine your beneficial status. You may be a pretermitted heir and be entitled to receive part of his or all of his estate.Don't delay as you may lose some rights to inherit.

If you are a beneficiary of the trust, you are entitled to see a copy of the trust instrument after the trustor dies. If not, you are not entitled to see it at all.
