my wife died and on the title of our house it just has her's and my name. how can i have her name removed?

I'm sorry for your loss. If you were joint tenants, you need to record an affidavit of the death of a joint tenant, which attaches a death certificate. If you were not joint tenants, you will have to go through probate for a court action transfer.
