Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I will like to know how I can get a copy of my parents living trust. Both of my parents are died. The executor (my Sister). She and I don't get along. The last I seen my sister was when we laid my mothers to rest. This is a year ago. I'd tried to contact my sister through email but the email address is closed. She has my email address, I have not seen anything from her.

You are entitled to a copy of the trust document. There is unfortunately no public repository of wills and trusts in California. You will need to write to your sister and ask for a copy. If she refuses, you may want to have an attorney write a letter on your behalf. A letter from an attorney is often sufficient to have someone do what they are supposed to do.
