Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
If a will was created in 2001 in California and another will was issued in Boston in 2006 is the first one discarded because it was issued in California

The location is irrelevant, but the last will made by any given person before s/he dies is generally the one which will control the disposition of that person's estate.

I also agree. Most wills also note that they revoke all prior wills. Look at the new one. It probably says that.
