Wills

If you are filling out a Last Will and Testament form and you do not have enough space what is the proper way to add the additional information needed?

Re: Wills

If you are writing one, by hand, then just add another page. If you are using a store bought form and you need another page, then you probably should not be using the store bought form.

Actually, we ALWAYS recommend AGAINST using a store bought form because it can not anticipate your needs or be adapted to meet them. Additionally, a will DOES NOT avoid probate.

Our firm specializes in trusts, wills and Probate. Please take a moment to learn about us as well as trusts and estates themselves on our informative website located at NO-PROBATE.com.

Re: Wills

That is a huge question, since the document should be signed and witnessed at the end of the document. You can create an Addendum which can be referenced and incorporated by reference, and then initialed by the maker of the will and each witness.

I suggest, in stead, a Living Trust Package. You can obtain information on this and a form package which is fine for most in the middle class on one of my websites, www.yourlivinglegacy.info. I have an short book in lay terms which explains all that 90% of the population need to know about this, which can be downloaded from the same site.

This website is replete with horror stories contained in questions, in each case, created by people who don't know what they are doing.
