Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Been trying to get ahold of my workmans comp attorney
She wont return my calls
she has her staff call, Which I get the runaround
when I say i'm going to contact the state bar the office manager tells me to go ahead and get another attorney.
My question can the attorney call my doctor's office and tell the office manager at the doctors office that she's afraid that i might hurt my self and is loseing it, to call me to calm me down. For one thing I'm not going to hurt myself or anyone else, I'm not losing it ,just mad. and second I've only talked to this attorney 1 time in 6 years which was 4 months ago. (My case has been going on for 7 1/2+ years)
