THE AGREED MEDICAL EVALUATOR (AME) suggests MEDICAL treatment.

The Attorney can't treat, the attorney is NOT a doctor.

The attorney can send the worker to new Primary Treating doctor, IF that was the AME's treatment suggestion.

But, typically, the Attorney just faxes/delivers the AME's report to the Primary Treating PHysician and the PHYSICIAN issues "Requests for Authorization" to perform the AMEs suggestions.
