Re: Compromise and Release Settlement

If you mean that the board rated the report at a 81 standard, then the permanent disability alone is $ 120,890.00 up front cash, tax free. Why should they offer your wife only what an experienced attorney can get. It is a serious disability which calls for professional advice based upon every detail of your wife's claim. Immediately I would say, "Get an attorney." Don't let you wife go through this without an attorney on your side! Fees are restricted to 9 - 12% and there isn't an attorney in the field that wouldn't increase the net his client receives well in excess of that. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.

if you can email my office today with the extent of your wife's injuries, her prospects of being able to work again even in a different capacity, and how the injury occurred, we may be able to further advise you on whether or not the settlement offer sounds "fair" or not.
