Re: Denied Auth. of treatment

Since they've already paid you for treatment, they may not now be able to argue that the condition is not work-related. You have to go into court to request that they provide further treatment. This is best done with the help of an attorney.

If you are still disabled, you may need to apply for state disability until you have a hearing.

You have not explained why they are saying it is not work related. If it is work related, you may need another medical opinion to establish that.

You should talk with a lawyer experienced in workers compensation to assist you or you can talk with your doctor to see what he or she thinks and see if what your doctor thinks makes sense to you. If your doctor makes good sense and he or she says it is not related, you may not have a workers compensation case. If your doctor thinks it is related to your work but another doctor disputes that, you would probably be best served by hiring an attorney to help you as he or she may know of honest doctors that can effectively present the facts in a report to help you.
