Eligibility

If I am injured while being paid ''under the table'' can I make a workers comp claim or sue my employer for his negligence?

If your employer was negligent, then you can sue him. If he was not, then you may file a worker's compensation claim. However, you may have troubleproving that you were an employee and not a private contractor.
