Employee being charged for treatment
Can the employer force the employee to pay for medical expenses when the employer claims that the injury was not work related?

Many employers claim a work-related injury to be non-industrial. The fact at the time of discovery causation will be an issue like many other cases and to prove causation it requires medical opinion and/or a legal opinion based on the facts not the opinion of the employer.
