Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
If I file a claim for Workers Comp and my employer two months later files bankruptcy can I still continue to join UEF? Will UEF pay me my compensation?

If your employer had WC coverage the carrier at the time of the incident must pay al the benefits as if the employer were still in business.
