Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I got hurt at work 2/11/13 a sofa feel on my left shoulder becuase my manager didnt want to help me with getting the sofa becuase she had to go to lunch and she didnt want to do the accident report becuase she was mad and sent me home ,so the next day my store manager called me in to do the accident report and now im going to the dr
