Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I hurt my wrist Dec 15 09, I was put on light duty by the MPN doctor. I am in shipping and receiving and can not do this job with these restrictions. It has been a month now since I have been scheduled to work but am not getting any compensation for this. Also there is a light duty job that I could be doing, but they will not schedule me for that either. I am not sure what my rights are at this point, any help is appreciated. I am in California.

You should be receiving temporary disability benefits which is about 2/3 of your pre-injury income. Most MPN doctors send you back to work pre-maturely without knowing that if any light duty work is available. Feel free to call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
