Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I was injured at work 9-01, case settled with future medical included. Pain and medical attention free 5-03 to 9-08. 9-08 I aggravated the same area(?) different spot due to work related and was given my 4th surgery. Am I entitled to loss of wages?
