Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
a got injured at work due to computers but the diagnosis was negative for carpal tunnel syndrom and my blood test for rheumatoid arthritis was 1.4 border line....but im 150% sure that i got this from work due to productivity goal and work hard due to meet my production goal.....is this consider as work compensation?

Your injuries could be considered work-related, but you have to provide medical evidence to support your claim. There are many laws in workers compensation which govern the medical evidence, and if not done correctly, the injured worker will most like end up with poor medical reporting, or worse, inadmissible medical reports.
