I was injuried on the job back in 2006. I broke both of my ankles. No claim was filed do to the fact my employer had no comp, He paid for surgery and time off. I thought that would be the end of the problem, but i never got better. I have ongoing pain and require at least one more surgery, But he is know longer willing to help. I am going to be out of work and money for the surgery and stuck to limited use for the rest of my life. what should i do?
