Injury resulting from medication taken for Workman's Comp injury

If I was injured due to the medication I was taking for a Workman's Compensation Injury, is it related to the Workmans Compensation Injury and can I claim it?

You have a separate case against the doctor prescribing the medication (if the doctor violated the standard of care, i.e., committed malpractice), or against the company that manufactured the medicine if you can establish a defect in the medication.
