Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I have a lawyer for my comp case. At first I trusted them but now they are insisting that I allow the nurse case manager to be present at all of my doctor appointments. They have threatend to drop the case and put a lean on it. If they do drop my case are they entitled to the 15% at the end of the case or not.

I do not allow the nurse case manager anywhere near my client unless I am present. But if you are planning to hire another attorney, it won't make any difference for you as to whether your current attorney has a lien on the case or not as the 15% attorney's fees gets divided between the new and old attorney.
