Even if you get laid off, you are still entitled to paid medical treatment, temporary disability benefits, permanent disability benefits. Even if State Fund denies your claim, you still have a valid claim for aggravation and reinjuring yourself. Feel free to call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
