Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I objected to non medical records that the adjuster wanted to send to the qme. The adjuster decided to send it without sending me a copy to review. Is there anything I can do besides trying to dismiss the qme and wait another 60 days?

You can object to the QME Report for not being a "Substantial Medical Evidence". If the QME report is not done within 30 days you can object and get another QME anyway which is a better choice. Feel free to call me at 213-388-7070 for a free consultation.
