objection toattorney's request for dismissal

how do i formally object to the dismissal of my attorney to the workman's compensation appeal judge?

There should be a form at the WCAB for Substitution of Attorney which you need to complete, and the judge needs to approve. See an INA officer for assistance.

Please allow me to correct my answer as I have misunderstood your question.

If your attorney wishes to dismiss himself as the attorney of record, the question would be, why would you want to object to this.
