Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I need to obtain a QME doctor to proceed

My WC case is now 2+ years from Date of Loss. I have recently been put on permanent and stationary status and was notified that the WC insurer disagrees with my doctor re: permanent disability, so I have to request a QME. I have contacted a few attorneys to obtain representation, but they all said that there was too much damage control now to handle my case. Will I have to finish this case by myself?

Contact the Information and assistance officer and obtain a list of applicant attorney referals. I am certain there will be one that will take your case.
