Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

For the past 17 years I had been doing data entry for two different companies. I have been working as a plumber for 11 months and my wrist started tingling and falling asleep. I need surgery on both wrist but I believe I have not been working long enough as a plumber to cause this problem, I believe it\'s been the years of data entry. Can I still enter a workers comp claim at my new company ?

Yes but you need to include your other employer as well because it seems that your job duties at the data entry company may have caused a major portion of your injuries. You need to request a QME or AME doctor to examine you and after reviewing a job analysis of each job, the medical examiner can apportion your injuries. You need to retain an atorney.
