The amount of temporary disability benefits is a percentage of your salary up to a certain maximum. Many WC Board's have information officers. Currently it is 2/3rd of salary up to a maximum of I believe $758 a week, payable every two weeks until you return to work or your condition reaches a level of maximum improvement.
