Can an "In Pro Per" Applicant videotape or Tape Record a deposition?

With the permission of the defense attorney AND the deponent (the individual answering the questions).

IF YOU want YOUR OWN testimony under oath videotaped, you can request that this be done, but there is nothing in the Labor Code that the defendant/insurer has to pay for this added expense. You can request that the your private camera videotape the testimony, but to use it for anything, you need to be able to make complete copies and 'serve' (deliver) copies to the parties who demand production of evidence.
