Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I was provided transportaiton to my medical appts (work related ) now the adjuster refuses to provide me with it to go to mh wc doctors appts. can this be done without so much as a notice or letter to inform me. She just ignored my messages as she has always done. I was also Tricked into dismissing my attorney by this unethical devious woman, she lied to get me to believe she was loyal supportive and ethical. is there nothing i can do? she is deceitful and malicious, and has not problems witth using treacheryte

I agree completely Ms. Gude rule of thumb, never trust the insurance! It sounds like you need to get representation. In some instances they can cancel transportation but that's on a case by case status. I would need to review your file in order to access the situation completely.
