My question, is it legal what my attorny did He had my Doctor put me P T and the Doctor just told me a week before he needs to see me for a year or more and now I am confused why I got cut off of temp disability and now I`m receving permanent disability advance checks. My Doctor just told me he would keep me on unable to work so he could checking on my injury,,, I`m un happy with my attorney and think he is a crook.

You were cut off from temporary disabililty because your doctor released you. This might mean that your case is closer to settlement. I wish I can add more, but given the question, this is the best I can do.
