i recently hurt my back at work and reinjured an old injury its a herniated disc do i still have a claim

Yes, the aggravation of an old injury is considered a new injury and you can get the normal benefits from it, but when the amount of permanent disability is calculated the PD from the prior injury might be subtracted from the overall PD.
