Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Recovery by state WC board and suit by individual

The state workers comp fund is trying to sue me and a company that I worked for over 2 years ago that may now be out of business. The are demanding reimbursement for injuries they allege I made to another contractors female employee that they must have paid out on her fraudulent claim and now want reimbursement.

In addition the female employee is alledging conspiracy to sexually assault and is lying about charges I've already been clearded of and suing everyone and every company associated with this incident including me asking for approximatley 15 million in damages

Your issues does not appear to be one that can be resolved in a Workers' Compensation Appeals Board proceeding. I believe you need to speak to a civil attorney.
