Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Thank you for your responses again. The reason I hesitate to tell my primary medical insurance about my WC case is because I went to my primary insurance provider for a 2nd opinion(re. an MRI) that WC insurance did not agree to pay for (the 2nd opinion). My primary insurance already provided the 2nd opinion and is now wanting to know details about my car accident. Could the fact that I disclose my WC case open a can of worms such that they can use the info about my WC injury to later deny treatment for me as a reason of pre-condition.

Lies and omissions usually open more serious cans of...snakes. Do you have a comp lawyer? If not, give me a call.
