Re: WCAB Claims

In most cases an employee who is injured on the job has the right to recover medical expenses and other money on a no-fault basis (the injured worker does not have to prove negligence). The process often involves the injured worker's filing (or having an attorney file) a claim with the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, which is a specialized court system that has dozens of hearing offices, judges, and courtrooms throughout the state. For example, there are WCAB offices near you in Anaheim and in Santa Ana. Please consult in person with an attorney experienced in Workers' Compensation law for more information.
