Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I have a on going Workers Comp Case, and the Attorney that I Hired, I feel that He's not Working to the Best of His Ability. When I Call to ask a Question He's Very Rude and Unprofessional. I've Only had Him for a Few weeks and I wish to seek a New Council to Represent Me. My Current Position is that My Workers Comp Check are Weeks Late, I have Trouble getting Doctors Prescription, and Treatments approved By the Insurance, and My Current Attorney seems not to Help Much... I would like to Speak to a New Council. So I can get a Better Understanding On My Case, and to Help Me through these Difficult Times. :(....
