Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I have been in a workers comp lawsuit for 10 years and it still isn't settled. Three of my doctors have suggested that I find a new attorney because mine isn't working for me. Is it too late in the game for that?

Most attorneys are reluctant to substitute in on a case which continues to be ongoing for 10 years. When it comes time for settlement, the prior attorney will have a big fat lien. That said, please give me a call to discuss.

We speacilize in these type of cases. It sounds like your attorney is gathering all of your reports to get the best settlement possible. In some cases this happens due to conflicting reports nevertheless, we can discuss this further and in more detail if you like. Please contact our offices at (626) 585-0017.
